Is toner included in my agreement?
On cost-per-copy agreements toner is billed per page printed and sent as needed. Check your agreement or ask us.
How do I find my machine model?
The model (for example bizhub C301i) is on the front of the machine; the serial number is on the configuration page or a label at the back.
Do you supply non-genuine toner?
We supply genuine Konica Minolta consumables to protect print quality and the machine.
