What do you actually print?
If most output is text and internal documents, mono keeps cost per page low. If you regularly print client-facing or marketing material, colour pays for itself in presentation quality.
Do you need the bigger format?
A3 machines also handle plans, posters and spreadsheet spreads, with larger paper capacity and more finishing options. If you never print beyond A4, a desktop model costs less and takes up less space.
How do you want to pay?
Most South African offices lease, bundling machine, toner and servicing into one monthly cost. Buying can be cheaper over a long life if you have the capital. We quote both.

What’s the difference between mono and colour multifunction copiers?
Mono copiers print in black and white only, at a lower cost per page — the right choice if most of your output is text, contracts or internal documents. Colour copiers print and copy in full colour as well as black and white, suited to marketing material, presentations and client-facing documents. Many offices run one of each.
