Do you repair copiers that are not on a contract with you?
Yes, we can quote a once-off call-out for Konica Minolta machines. Log a call with the model and serial number and we will confirm the cost before work starts.
What does a cost-per-copy service agreement include?
Servicing, parts and toner are billed per page printed, so you pay for what you use. The agreement sets out what is covered and our response times.
How quickly will a technician arrive?
Response times are set in your service agreement and depend on your area. Many faults are also resolved remotely through Remote Care.
My copier is old. Is it worth repairing?
If repairs are frequent or parts are hard to get, replacing it on a lease can cost less over time. We will give you an honest view of both.
