How does a copier lease work?
You pay one fixed monthly amount for the copier over an agreed term, from 12 to 60 months. Toner and servicing are billed per page printed (cost per copy). At the end of the term you can upgrade to a new machine, extend, or return it.
Is it better to lease or buy a copier?
Leasing keeps cash in the business and makes upgrading easy. Buying costs less over a long life if you have the capital. We quote both side by side so you can compare the total cost over the term.
What is included in the monthly cost?
The machine itself, installation and setup on your network. Toner, parts and servicing by our own technicians are billed per page printed. Paper is the only thing you buy separately.
Do you offer copier rental in Johannesburg?
Yes. Our copier rental (lease) agreements run from 12 to 60 months across Johannesburg, Pretoria and the rest of Gauteng, with service from our own technicians and a nationwide network for branches outside Gauteng.
How quickly can a leased copier be installed?
Once the agreement is signed, we deliver, install and set up the machine on your network. Ask us for current lead times when we quote.
