What’s the difference between an office printer and a multifunction copier?
These bizhub printers are print-only network devices, built for speed and a low cost per page at a desk or in a print corner. Our multifunction copiers add scanning, copying and faxing from the same device. If you only ever need to print, this range is the simpler and usually cheaper option.
Should I choose mono or colour?
If most of what you print is text, contracts or internal documents, a mono printer like the 4000i, 5000i or 4701i keeps cost per page low. If you regularly print marketing material or client-facing documents in colour, the C3301i or C4001i covers both without a separate machine.
Should I lease or buy an office printer?
Most South African offices lease, bundling the machine, toner and servicing into one predictable monthly cost. Buying can be cheaper over a long life if you have the capital available. We quote both side by side.
Do you service the printers you sell?
Yes. We sell and service everything we supply, with our own technicians covering Gauteng and the Western Cape and a nationwide service network beyond that.
