Questions from small businesses
What size copier does a small office need?
Start from your monthly page count: most small offices print less than they think. We size the machine to that, with room to grow.
Is leasing worth it for a small business?
Leasing spreads the cost and includes an upgrade path; buying can cost less over many years. We quote both.
Can it scan straight to email or the cloud?
Yes, bizhub devices scan to email, network folders and cloud services.
